These terms apply to every wash and plan booked with GlintoWash. The version you agree to at checkout applies to that booking.
The service
- A verified GlintoWash washer comes to your parking spot at the slot you choose.
- Glint Foam Wash: keep 15–20 litres of clean water (about two buckets) ready near the car before the washer arrives. We bring the foam, pump and cloths.
- Glint Dry Wash: upload a clear, recent photo of the car while booking. The photo must show the car being booked.
- We don't need your keys. Keep the car locked and remove valuables before the wash.
Prices and payment
- Prices depend on your car's body type. The price shown for your car type at checkout is the price you pay for that service, plus GST shown separately.
- You pay after the wash, by UPI or card, once you've checked the car.
- Monthly plans cover the number of washes stated for the billing period. Plans billed for several months up front get the discount shown at checkout.
Cancelling and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot.
- Once your washer is on the way, please call us to make changes.
Vehicles we can't wash
- Accident-damaged or unsafe vehicles, such as cars with broken glass, loose or hanging parts, exposed wiring, leaking fluids or flood damage.
- Two-wheelers, commercial or goods vehicles, buses, or cars with fresh paint or bodywork done in the last 7 days.
- The washer decides on the spot whether a car can be safely serviced. Their decision is final for that visit.
Existing damage and belongings
- We check and photograph the car before starting. We aren't responsible for scratches, dents, chipped or faded paint, or loose trims that were already there.
- We aren't responsible for valuables or belongings left in or on the car.
If something isn't right
Please check the car with the washer before they leave. Report any problem within 2 hours of the wash, with photos, on WhatsApp or by phone, and we'll put it right.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version you agree to at checkout applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
