This policy explains what GlintoWash collects when you book a wash, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your mobile number (to sign you in with a one-time code) and your name.
• Your email, if you add one, for invoices.
• Your car's number plate, model and body type.
• The address and, if you share it, the location where the car is parked, so the washer can find it.
• A photo of your car when you book a Glint Dry Wash.
• Booking, payment and invoice records.

Why we use it

• To provide the wash you booked and send updates about it.
• To check a car is suitable for a Glint Dry Wash and to resolve any complaint.
• To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
• To keep the service secure, for example by limiting repeated login attempts.

Who sees it

Your washer sees your name, car and parking location for their assigned visit. Our operations team sees what they need to run bookings. We use service providers for SMS and cloud hosting in India. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

• You can edit your profile, cars and addresses in your account.
• You can delete your account from the Profile tab. This removes your profile, saved cars and addresses. Past bookings are kept only as long as the law requires for invoices.
